Payment Requirements:
To get started you must pay for your first month and last month. We will prorate the first month's rent. Then pay monthly before the first day of each subsequent month.
We accept personal or business checks. Please make checks payable to 221 West William LLC.
Payment checks can be mailed to us at PO Box 7270, Ann Arbor, MI 48107-7270 or placed into our dropbox at the GREEN LOT.
Mirror Tag:
You must always display your mirror tag when parked in The Green Lot. Your mirror tag is transferrable from one vehicle to another. We keep track of your mirror tag number rather than your vehicle type or license number. For customers wishing to share the use of one space with colleagues, friends, or family, or those with multiple vehicles, we will provide up to three mirror tags!
